Yoga empowers young womxn. Here’s how we help.

The Om Work Project is a Canadian passion project focused on alternative education. We provide a yoga scholarship for young womxn aged 18-24 with the opportunity to complete their yoga teacher training in a destination of their choice.

We are community centred, dedicated to providing accessible yoga in our communities.

Mission Statement:

To challenge the conventional and inspire widespread change.

Inclusivity Statement:

The Om Work Project Scholarship recognizes all applicants who identify as female. We are committed to ensuring that our work and our language reflect the inclusion of trans, gender queer, and non-binary individuals. Our world is evolving, and we celebrate shifts to redefine gender and create safe opportunities.

Why Womxn? Inclusivity and a reminder that womxn are not subcategories of men. Womxn are trans, womxn are coloured, womxn are human.  Accessibility, safety and acceptance are our priorities. Thank you for your support as we continue to learn.
